Sixth Sense (Full Article)
6th Senses
Sixth sense (ESP extra sensory perception)is a power of perception beyond the five senses. It is an inner sense of guidance that can help you navigate your way through life, to better relationships, health, well-being, and success. It is a cumulative power of all your other senses - sight, sound, taste, touch, smell - that culminates in a stronger sense of inner knowing.
How to practice Sixth sense
Take time out
Listen to your gut
Notice small things
Record what you see
Learn to watch & listen closely
Practice exercise & games
Our sixth sense also called extrasensory perception or ESP. Some examples of sixth sense are intuition, telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, and psychokinesis.
Intuition
Intuition is a form of knowledge that appears in consciousness without obvious deliberation. It is not magical but rather a faculty in which hunches are generated by the unconscious mind rapidly sifting through past experience and cumulative knowledge.
Often referred to as “gut feelings,” intuition tends to arise holistically and quickly, without awareness of the underlying mental processing of information. Scientists have repeatedly demonstrated how information can register on the brain without conscious awareness and positively influence decision-making and other behavior.
Telepathy
if the definition of telepathy is sending messages from brain to brain, we’ve been sending messages to each other since we squelched out of the primordial ooze. Culminating in the most sophisticated communication system we know: language and gesture. And then mobile phones.
But maybe that doesn’t really count. That’s not “real” telepathy -- not sent directly brain-to-brain: It has been filtered through our senses.
But then maybe this new telepathy doesn’t count either -- because the only way we can beam “thoughts” into people’s heads is by activating their sensory brain regions, triggering sensations, in this case to trigger phosphenes.
A pioneering project in Telepathy is Neuralink by Elon musk.
Clairvoyance
The alleged ability to see things beyond the normal range of sight, such as distant or hidden objects or events in the past or future. Clairvoyance is supposedly an organic ability, whereas remote viewing is a planned activity, with rules and standards, in which clairvoyance may be used to see or sense things (events, thoughts, locations, etc.) from a distance.
Precognition
The ability to see or experience future events through some form of extrasensory perception. In a test of precognition, the participant would be asked to predict the outcome of a future set of trials involving Zener cards or similar stimulus materials
Psychokinesis
The ability to control external events and move or change the shape of objects through the power of thought. Examples include the supposed ability of certain psychics to influence random number generators, to manipulate a roll of dice, or to bend a piece of metal.
